About Optiflow Projects
Twenty-two years. One discipline.
Optiflow Projects was founded in 2003 on a single conviction: that owners of major infrastructure deserve an independent partner whose only interest is their asset — not the next contract.
Who we are
A specialist firm, deliberately structured.
We are 340 program managers, cost managers, planners, engineers, and commissioning specialists working from offices across Europe. Every one of us has come from the delivery side of infrastructure — motorways, tunnels, rail systems, ports, transmission lines — before joining Optiflow.
We do not design. We do not build. We do not sell equipment. We manage programs on behalf of the owner, and that is the only service on our invoice. That structural independence is what lets us give clients the same answer whether it's convenient or not.
Our clients are national roads authorities, transmission system operators, port authorities, water utilities, regional governments, and private developers investing in the infrastructure Europe's next thirty years will run on.
Our principles
Four commitments we don't compromise.
The owner's interest, always.
We hold no contracting revenue. Our only commercial relationship is with the client whose asset we're delivering — so our advice never has to hedge for the next contract.
Discipline over enthusiasm.
Cost, schedule, and risk numbers are calculated, not negotiated. If the number is uncomfortable, we say so on the way in, not on the way out.
Delivery is a team sport.
We embed with the client, respect the contractors we hold to account, and treat the operator's future team as the true customer of the project.
Safety is non-negotiable.
Nobody goes home hurt. Everything else — cost, programme, scope — is a tradeoff. Safety is not.
